Days 1-7: Rwenzori Mountains Trekking

Day 1: Nyabitaba Hut (2,651m)

• Transfer to Rwenzori base and begin mountain trek
• Hike through rainforest to first mountain hut

Day 2: John Matte Hut (3,380m)

• Ascent through dense forest and waterfalls
• Transition to alpine mountain terrain

Day 3: Bujuku Hut (3,962m)

• Trek through dramatic Bujuku Valley
• Cross swamplands with glacier views

Day 4: Kitandara Hut (4,541m)

• Climb rocky ridges toward glacial zone
• Stunning mountain vistas and glacial lakes

Day 5: Margherita Peak Summit (5,109m)

• Summit Day: Early morning technical climb to Margherita Peak

Day 6: Guy Yeoman Hut (3,450m)

• Descent via Fresh Field Pass (4,282m)

Day 7: Return to Nyakalengija

• Final descent through mountain forests
• Complete Rwenzori trekking adventure

Days 8-11: Lake Victoria Beach & Wildlife Experience

Day 8: Transfer to Lake Victoria

• Drive to Kampala (Commonwealth Hotel Munyonyo)
• Transfer to Pineapple Resort Beach, Bulango Island
• Begin Lake Victoria relaxation phase
• Overnight: Pineapple Resort (Full Board)

Day 9: Full Beach Day

• Complete relaxation at Lake Victoria shores
